  They never deliver items on time. I send a letter on Express 2 times, it has been a week, the item is not arrived yet (which guarantee next next).

  I try my hardest to avoid the branch when the particular server is working. This time I was unable to because she popped out from the back unexpectedly while I was next in line and waiting to be served.
  
  When the heavy set Caucasian lady got my two parcels from the back, she fumbled and dropped one on the counter. She continued with be quite rough with it, jerking it around to try and find details she needed. I reluctantly asked her to be a bit careful with it because it contained a brand new phone and other electronic goods. She scoffed and replied, "these things have already been thrown around on it's way here anyways. if it's a phone, you'd better hope it's properly packaged."
  
  It is absolutely shocking to think that goods being delivered, processed and handled by auspost gets "thrown around". It's shocking to have experienced such foul customer service so many times throughout the years. Others who have reviewed the same branch on google also reflected my experiences with this particular server. It is not ok.

  The Aus Post CSO's are always helpful. They were there for me when I had nowhere to pick my mail up. Friendly and undertanding

  Friendly & the best customer service!! All the staff are very helpful & always willing to give me the right advice on sending & receiving parcels. Very polite & always a pleasure going in to Inala Post Office.
